Midas

I feel compelled to write a review, based on experiences elsewhere compared to Ohio St. Midas. From the initial phone conversation to the moment I was driving my truck home, my experience with this group has honestly been quite exceptional. Was charged a reasonable diagnostic fee and they confirmed I did need the whole tailpipe and muffler replaced. I'm a capable home mechanic and could've taken the time to do the job myself, but I would have had to wait for parts and take probably an entire day to do it. I knew the cost of parts I would've had to pay to do the job myself but their quote and next day service appointment was well within my budget and exceeded my timeframe expectation. Next day(yesterday), dropped off the truck around 1pm and picked it up at 4:15. I also found out that Midas does more than just mufflers and tailpipes, I honestly didn't know. If the service I received for this job is indicative of their other services, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will personally give them an opportunity to conduct future repairs on my truck based on this experience. Thank you to Corey and crew for your work, I love this old truck and it truly is appreciated.

Midas was so efficient, communicative, and professional! They got me in right on time and explained everything well. As I waited, I also watched them handle the many phone calls and customers with such professionalism and efficiency. They are very good at multitasking. I would definitely bring my car back to this location (Ohio St.).

The one on Ohio street is way better than the one on Guide Meridian. The one on guide wanted to charge me 500$ plus tax to do the job kept up charging after I stated I had my own parts like muffler and hangers and that I’d already removed the old muffler then proceeded to say ok 400$ plus tax. I was like nahh I’ll pass I’m not paying half of a thousand to get a new muffler tac welded on and I left and went to the other one on Ohio street great customer service very emphatic to the customers don’t try and up charge on the price or the shop time..shout out to Corey and his crew over there I definitely come back again

I had an excellent experience at this Midas location thanks to the manager, Corey. My car had significant rust issues that completely changed the original plan for the repair.Instead of just guessing or overcharging me, Corey and his team handled the situation perfectly. Corey brought me into the shop and physically showed me every single rust issue they ran into so I understood exactly what was happening.Despite the unexpected rust complications, the final bill actually cost less than I initially thought it would. It is rare to find an auto shop this honest, professional, and communicative. I highly recommend Corey and his team.

Love my guys at Midas, I’ve used many shops in the last decade and this shop by far has the best customer service. Never a failure in my repairs on 6 + vehicles AND I got my coworkers coming for their routine services as well! Thanks Corey and crew!
